1. License Scope: Invoicell software is licensed, not sold, by Onesky Innovations for operation on authorized Windows terminals.

2. Hardware Binding: Commercial license activation keys bind algorithmically to single motherboard signatures. Key transfers require official authorization.

3. Local Storage Responsibility: All invoice records and stock databases reside strictly in local user storage (%APPDATA%). Merchants retain sole responsibility for maintaining routine local backups.

Offline-First Data Architecture Commitment

Invoicell operates on an offline-first architecture. Onesky Innovations does not collect, host, analyze, or share local store transaction logs remotely.

Network connections are established solely during the explicit product license key activation handshake.

We provide a free trial setup for merchants to evaluate software features prior to key purchasing.

Important Notice: Due to the permanent nature of hardware motherboard binding signatures, commercial key activations are non-refundable once generated and issued.
